rdEnergyTwinScaffold

SkySpark modules

Bootstrap an energy twin in one pass.

Starting an energy project.

rdEnergyTwinScaffold — At a glance
The problem it solves

Setting up an energy twin is often the longest task in a project: a week of preparation, and the occupancy and public holiday data the models require is never ready.

The work it does for you

rdEnergyTwinScaffold sets up an energy-twin deployment on a SkySpark project: the sites, weather sources, twins and their schedules, along with the occupancy and public holiday curves the models need. It computes nothing: it prepares what the twin's engine will use. It assumes the site exists and its meters are historized.

Benefits for you
  • Setup stops being the longest task.
  • What is always missing is provided: occupancy and public holidays.
  • A reproducible deployment: the second site is built like the first.
  • Rerunnable without risk to a model in service.
  • Time goes to analysis, not to setup.
Use cases
  • Starting an energy project.
  • Extending to a new site with the same conventions.
  • Recovering a badly built deployment.
  • Preparing a demo.
