Our services
Five service lines rest on a single platform.
The five lines
What you buy
Five service lines and a network for system integrators who want their own agents to work with our tools. One company covers both ends: it develops the software modules and the tools for the agent that uses them.
Our tools check every point during and after handover. For the décret BACS and the décret tertiaire (the French decrees on building automation and on energy use in non-residential buildings), the audit starts from your building's real data.
Book a demoNetwork discovery, creation of equipment and points, schedules and Haystack modelling. On BACnet, Modbus, KNX and M-Bus in particular. You receive a modelled installation and its documentation.
Book a demoYour building lasts for decades. The project that equipped it lasted eighteen months. Maintenance bridges that gap through contracts, version upgrades, licences and support. A purchased licence gives a perpetual right of use. The annual contract covers the updates. Only evaluation licences and network memberships expire.
Book a demoOur rd* modules for Niagara and for SkySpark (they all carry this prefix: rdMesh, rdModbus…) are written and maintained in-house. They are grouped by function: reaching the portfolio, opening the station to other tools, modelling, alarming and visualizing. Each has its own data sheet, its guide and a perpetual licence.

B(I)OS
The platform that stays in place after we leave
Building Information & Operating System. The building's data, the system that runs it and the services that plug into it. All five lines rest on the same platform.
The building's data
Your building is described just once for every service that follows. It stays yours.
Exhaustive modelling. Spaces, uses, equipment, what serves what, metering, distribution and relationships: the building described once. Our method sets out this model in detail.
The system that runs the building
It sits alongside your supervision system and operates the same equipment. You gain a view of the whole portfolio and analytics that watch the installations as they run.
The building operating system, the BOS. Niagara and SkySpark, with our rd* modules, run the installation: site-level and portfolio-wide supervision, a living model and an analytics engine.
The services that plug into it
A new service, ours or another provider's, plugs in without the work being redone.
Applications and services. This is where our modules, our APIs and our MCP servers plug in, along with services from other providers.
You can model without operating, operate without our modules or buy only the top layer. With the information layer, your second site costs less than your first.
Process
Design, produce and deploy
Ten phases lead from the first conversation to keeping the system in service.
Design
Requirements capture, studies, design and modelling.
Produce
Equipment preparation, configuration and projections.
Deploy
Delivery, lessons learned, in-service support and continuous performance.
Custom
We also develop for needs outside the catalogue
A study first establishes whether your need justifies the work. If it does, we write the module and maintain it like our other modules.
Scope before developing
A study establishes whether an idea is a dead end or warrants a specification and then development. Finding that out early is just as useful an answer. The full path runs through the study, the component, its licence and its maintenance.
Control follows actual occupancy
Terminal unit control in a meeting room follows its bookings and on an open-plan floor it follows expected attendance.
Alarms become work orders
Alarms arrive in the tool your technicians work in.
Consumption is modelled and forecast
Data from energy suppliers feeds consumption modelling and forecasting.
Licences
SkySpark distributor
For France and French-speaking Switzerland under a direct contract with its developer SkyFoundry.
FAQ
No. Each layer stands on its own: you can model without operating, operate without our modules or buy only the top layer. With the information layer, the work done on one site serves the next.
Under a perpetual licence. Annual maintenance covers the updates. They are currently priced on request: put together your selection or contact us for a no-obligation request.
Your data, your histories, your building model and your configuration. The model is written in an open vocabulary and exports to Haystack and Brick, so another contractor can take over the portfolio.
Yes, to a specification, on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis. A study often establishes first whether the development is justified. Examples include connectors to room booking and attendance systems, to a CMMS or to energy suppliers.
