The consulting engineers leave when work starts on site. The system integrator leaves when operation starts. Two parties are there throughout: the building owner with its portfolio and us with a product that stays.

Reloaded provides consulting and engineering for connected buildings. The company develops software and agentic modules for Niagara and SkySpark. From studies through to maintenance, it builds the installations that use them.
The B(I)OS (Building Information & Operating System) is the platform we deliver, in three layers: the building model at the base, Niagara and SkySpark in the middle, and applications and services on top. The optional information layer (the “I”) lets the work done on one site be reused on another.
An agentic module is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that opens a Niagara or SkySpark installation to a conversational assistant. The agent can discover, describe and check the installation and answer in natural language. The operator approves every write and the station logs it.
Yes. Under a direct contract with SkyFoundry, the developer of SkySpark, Reloaded is a distributor for France and French-speaking Switzerland.
