Agentic integrator network
Your agents reach your Niagara stations and SkySpark projects through our MCP servers. Subject to your operators' approval, they work there with our knowledge base and procedures.
The principle
A capability you run yourself
Our network gives you the means to equip your own agents on your own projects: our MCP servers and, above all, our knowledge base. It holds the continuously updated know-how from our projects that your agents query on yours. In practice, you connect the Niagara MCP server to the Niagara stations you integrate and operate. Your agents query our knowledge base, follow our courses and use our resources from your own workstation: procedures, models and rule sets. The operator approves and the station keeps a log. We apply the same rule on our own projects.

Access
Included in membership
A flat fee per seat: one seat is one named person.
- The Niagara MCP server
Portfolio navigation, points, histories, alarms and mesh. The licence includes updates. During integration, it supports engineering, assisted discovery, assisted commissioning and compliance checking. In operation, it supports diagnosis, tuning and energy optimization.

- The network knowledge base
Our knowledge base is continuously updated and open to queries from your own agents. Your agents find our field feedback there: implementation pitfalls, new module versions and fixes.
- Resources
Signed procedures, models and rule sets are distributed and versioned. A procedure is first executed as a dry run and leaves an audit trail. Its execution is compared with the signed version.
- Self-paced training
Our Niagara courses are taken from your own workstation. They include progress tracking and an assessment report. Instructor-led training is available separately.
- Support
A single ticket-based channel for the agentic side: MCP servers, knowledge base, resources and training. No training or certification is required to open a ticket.
- Member terms on our rd* licences
A discount on rd* licences purchased after joining.

Commitment
Annual membership open to any integrator
Open to any integrator
The network has no territorial limit, no sector restriction and no cap on membership. If you already hold our licences, you join on the same terms as everyone else.
Annual membership
With no automatic renewal.
A reminder ahead of the renewal date

The technologies
MCP, the Model Context Protocol
MCP is an open standard. It connects an assistant to external tools, much as USB connects a computer to its peripherals. Our Niagara MCP server exposes portfolio navigation, points, histories, alarms and mesh: over two hundred tools counted in its code (count recorded on 17 September 2026). The choice of agent and of artificial intelligence provider is yours: Claude, Mistral, OpenAI or local models.
See our solutionsNiagara Framework
The building industry's multi-protocol integration platform, from Tridium, runs from embedded controller to supervisor: BACnet and BACnet/SC, Modbus, LonWorks, OPC UA and, through modules, KNX or M-Bus. Tridium reports over one million instances in some fifty countries (figure recorded on 17 September 2026). Many manufacturers license it under their own brands, including Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech and Trend. An agentic layer on top of Niagara plugs into that installed base when each station's version and licence allow.
Scope
A French-language network
The courses, knowledge base and resources are written in French. Support follows the French working calendar.

The building analytics platform from SkyFoundry runs from field gateway to cloud: histories in the Folio database, analytics in Axon and a web interface. It also writes to points in line with a priority array. Its database is Haystack throughout. SkyFoundry reports over 15,000 buildings equipped and a network of more than 140 partners (figures recorded on 17 September 2026). Our fault detection, our energy twin and our savings measurement all run in SkySpark.
Scope
A French-language network without territorial limits
The courses, knowledge base and resources are written in French. Support follows the French working calendar. Distribution, on the other hand, does have a territory. Under a direct contract with SkyFoundry, Reloaded is a SkySpark distributor for France and French-speaking Switzerland. This territory concerns distribution only: a member based outside it joins the network and receives all of its content, but does not buy SkySpark licences through us.

No. The same work runs on Claude, Mistral, OpenAI or local models. Members keep their own agent and connect our tools to it through the open MCP protocol.
No. Membership is annual and does not renew automatically. We send a reminder ahead of the renewal date and it is renewed by placing a new order.
No. The network is open to any integrator, wherever they are and whatever their sector. The number of members is not capped.
Yes. Network membership has no territory. Only Reloaded's distribution of SkySpark licences is limited to France and French-speaking Switzerland.
No. Nothing is written without the operator: the operator approves every write and the station logs it. Signed procedures are first executed as a dry run and leave an audit trail.
Membership terms are not published. Contact us and we will present the fee and what it includes.
