SkySpark modules

Connect SkySpark to an API without rewriting the plumbing.

Connecting a new data source.

rdApiNetwork — At a glance
The problem it solves

What is expensive in an API integration is what fails: a saturated service, a quota breach that earns a suspension, a sync that fails once a week. And those cases are handled again for every new source.

The work it does for you

rdApiNetwork gives SkySpark what every API integration would otherwise rewrite: absorbing the remote service's saturation, staying under the subscribed quota, walking through paged responses, and matching the API's response to the data model through a description rather than code. Connecting a new source then mostly means describing what it means. It is a tooling module, with no screen for the operator.

Benefits for you
  • An API's failure cases are handled once and for all, not once per source.
  • The mapping to your data is described: readable and editable by someone other than its author.
  • Quotas are not discovered in production.
  • Time-to-integrate a new API is sharply reduced.
Use cases
  • Connecting a new data source.
  • Making an existing integration reliable.
  • Meeting a contractual quota.
  • Taking over a third party's integration.
